The Zapier integration connects OpenMic to thousands of apps — letting you automate workflows triggered by your AI voice calls without writing any code. Unlike native integrations (which add tools your agent uses during calls), Zapier workflows run after calls to sync data, send notifications, update spreadsheets, create tasks, and more.

How It Works

OpenMic is available as a Zapier app. You can use it as a trigger (when something happens in OpenMic) to kick off actions in any of Zapier’s 7,000+ connected apps. For example:
  • New call completes → Add a row to Google Sheets with the call summary
  • New call completes → Create a lead in Lawcus
  • New call completes → Send a Slack message to your team
  • New call completes → Create a task in Asana or Monday.com
  • New call completes → Update a record in Airtable

Getting Started

1

Go to Zapier Workflows

In your OpenMic Dashboard, click the Zapier Workflows tab at the top of the Integrations page.
2

Sign in to Zapier

If you don’t have a Zapier account, sign up for free. If you already have one, log in.
3

Create a workflow

Use the “What would you like to automate?” prompt or browse popular workflows. Select Openmic as the trigger app and choose any app as the action.
4

Connect your OpenMic account

Zapier will ask you to authenticate with your OpenMic API key. You can find this in your OpenMic Dashboard under account settings.
5

Configure and enable

Map the fields from your OpenMic call data (summary, caller number, duration, etc.) to the action app, then turn on your Zap.

Here are some commonly used OpenMic + Zapier workflows:
WorkflowAppsUse Case
Add leads from new callsOpenMic + LawcusAutomatically create leads in Lawcus from inbound calls
Log post-call summariesOpenMic + Google SheetsSave call summaries and details to a spreadsheet
Notify your teamOpenMic + SlackPost a message in Slack when a call completes
Create follow-up tasksOpenMic + AsanaAuto-create tasks from call action items
Sync to your CRMOpenMic + any CRMPush call data to CRMs not natively supported
Zapier is especially useful for connecting OpenMic to apps that don’t have a native integration yet. If your CRM or tool isn’t listed in our native integrations, Zapier can bridge the gap.

You can use both — native integrations for real-time actions during calls, and Zapier for post-call automation.
